Kane County Clinic Offers You. . .
02/15/2011: Laurali Noteman
Kane County Clinic offers area residents and visitors, primary health care providers as well as specialist from throughout southern Utah.
The health care trend for the last few years has followed the economic swells and valleys. The national trend shows patients are waiting longer to make those "I don’t feel well" appointments. This trend shows patients are coming in less often but are sicker when they do come in. We seem to be drifting away from preventative care.
Our Kane County Clinic physicians, Dr. Ott, Dr. Bowman, and Dr. Salter as well as our PA s, Hernan Garreaud and Wayne Nielson are available Monday through Friday to help you with your medical needs. Joanne Palmer RNP and her support staff are available Monday through Friday to meet the family practice needs in the Valley area.
KCH clinic also has specialist coming in to meet your "special" needs. Drs. Anderson, Parry, and Prince are the rotating Orthopaedic specialist. Dr. Carter is here to take care of your GYN needs, Dr. Stewart DPM, Urologist, Dr. Stucki and Audiologist, Jeff Manwaring also have established days each month to help meet the medical needs of the county. The SW Surgical Associates group is also at the clinic two times a month. For their phone numbers and scheduled days please check the Physicians Calendar in the Southern Utah News, or call the Kanab clinic at 644-4100 or Orderville clinic at 648-2775.
Have you just been told there is a medical procedure or surgery you will need to commit to? Talk with your physician. You maybe able to have the procedure done at KCH. Having to go through the process in your hometown is easier for friends and family to "keep an eye" on you with less travel for them and the patient. There really is nothing quite like the hometown friendliness of our staff.
Have you, a friend, loved one or neighbor just had surgery or require skilled nursing? Kane County Hospital can meet those needs as well. Call Randy Griffiths RN at 644-4159 for your "not quite ready to be at home" needs.
Kane County Hospital is dedicated to quality and excellence as a primary care hospital. We are here to help you.
